Crossland Construction

Crossland Construction, respected general contracting firm, owned and operated by a second generation of Crosslands, was relocating its Rogers, Arkansas operation into a prominent 4-story office building.  Hired to provide both the architecture and interior design for their 13,217 square foot third floor offices, Buxton-Kubik-Dodd quickly realized that these corporate offices would not be filled with marble floors or walnut paneling.  The Crossland brothers wanted an office that would accurately reflect their company culture: functional, practical, and hard-working.  To that end, the space is organized for each of the company divisions to have its own identity with all the necessary supporting features such as a Think Tank for Special Projects, War Room, Training Room, Superintendents’ Lounge, and A/V Office. The durable flooring, custom built-ins, and stainless steel accents are functional aspects of the interior.  Multiple TV monitors celebrate past completed projects and serve to communicate with potential clients and this hard-working staff.
