Hogan Land Title

Turning an under-utilized drive-through exterior canopy into an enclosed, functional office, Hogan Land Title now has additional office space adjacent to their main office building. For this expansion, the Owner wanted a contemporary, upscale interior that would be appropriate for a commercial closing office.  The interior designer selected interesting, modern interior materials: stained concrete floors, dramatic expresso wood stain, staggered tile on the columns, stainless steel components, and bold accent paint colors. To help the client envision the possibilities the design teamproduced a rendered image of their vision for the finished interior. The Owner, who is an avid cyclist, now has a professional, modern office that supports the company’s work and also provides a place where he can bicycle to work.
